Grantee Partners
As part of our board-initiated small grants, we support community-led solutions and/or capacity building efforts in support of health equity, which are implemented by our grantee partners. We are proud to support the following organizations that share Health Equity Initiative's vision and commitment to health, racial, and social equity.
