Your contribution will help HEI continue its work in support of a future where every person will have the same chance to attain his/her full health potential – regardless of their race, gender, age, economic conditions, social status, environment, and other socially determined factors. Here are some ways your donation will be used to help support our systematic approach to advancing health equity:

•  Contribute to our scholarship fund that allow qualifying community and nonprofit organizations to benefit from our workshops and assessments
•  Support our research efforts to identify key determinants of success in achieving health equity milestones
• Fund our community engagement work and media resources, to give voice to groups that suffer from health inequities
• Expand our Health Equity Exchange, an online forum to involve U.S. communities, and organizations that work with them, in discussing ways to improve health equity
• Sustain specific outreach activities and community programs in support of health equity
