Community Building

Building a multisectoral community in support of health equity is at the core of Health Equity Initiative's mission. We bring together and enlist the efforts of the public and private sectors, professions and communities that have both a stake and an influence on social determinants of health, and can help address and mitigate barriers that prevent people from living healthy and productive lives. See our past events for more information. We are currently only focusing on informing, educating and advocating about health equity issues.​
