Radhika Ramesh

Radhika Ramesh, MA, has worked at the intersection of global public health, communication and research, on various topics, including preconception health, infant mortality disparities, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria. She currently serves as Senior Editorial Assistant at the Journal of Communication in Healthcare: Strategies, Media and Engagement in Global Health.
As a freelance senior program manager and webmaster at Health Equity Initiative, she has provided support on partnership management, program development and implementation, event management, and writing/editing on a variety of projects, and various events to raise organizational visibility and/or to increase awareness of health inequities and their root causes. She also conducted secondary research and provided editorial support for an academic book on Health Communication-related theory and practice.
Radhika received a Master of Arts in Media, Culture, and Communication from New York University, where she focused on health communication. Radhika earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from University of Madras, India.
